High quality office accommodation expected to regenerate Pocklington area

Sanderson Weatherall, the award winning firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants has been appointed to marketBroadHelmBusinessPark. Situated at Pocklington, the site offers in excess of 20 acres of mixed use space and lies adjacent to the Pocklington Industrial Estate and with frontage to the A1079 the major route between York and Hull.

The business park will provide a range of facilities for its occupiers including a petrol filling station and a restaurant/pub. Discussions are also underway with a drive through restaurant operator who is expected to sign up in the coming months.
