Sanderson Weatherall opens for business in Bristol

Sanderson Weatherall’s Bristol office is now open, covering the South West of England and South Wales. The new office located on Kings Street, will provide a wide range of property, construction consultancy and corporate recovery services in line with the company’s current business practices.

New recruits include Aaron Treliving, Partner and Head of Office and Mark Dunn, Senior Surveyor. In addition to the new recruits Mark Sheridan, Chartered Surveyor has transferred from the Leeds branch whilst development support will continue to be provided from longstanding partner and Head of Building Consultancy, George Penrice.

Aaron and Mark have excellent local knowledge not to mention a wealth of experience in their fields. The addition of Mark Sheridan is also a welcome boost to the business and substantially broadens the range of services we can offer.”

Aaron Treliving, a Chartered Building Surveyor brings a diverse range of experience including development monitoring, due diligence, dilapidations, strategic property management, contract administration, project management and expert witness.

Mark Dunn’s broad range of professional building consultancy includes Party Wall surveying, building surveys, insurance claims, condition surveys and CDM Coordination / Construction Health and Safety. Both new recruits bring an extensive knowledge of the regional market place extending to south wales and the south west.

Chartered Surveyor Mark Sheridan joins the Bristol team with a broad remit in line with his multi-faceted experience. Drawing on his considerable experience he will be responsible for valuation, estate management, agency and landlord and tenant services.
