The Rattan Company appoint Impression

Leading online retailer of luxury indoor rattan furniture, The Rattan Company, have appointed Impression to launch a new Shopify store after a competitive pitch process.

The project starts with a discovery session to better understand the Rattan Company’s customers’ buying behaviour. We’ll then follow this up by creating audience personas to define where they hangout online, what media they consume, what content they are likely to share etc… This data will then inform the project strategy and UX.

We’ll announce the launch via our social channels towards the end of the summer.
